By accessing or using the CLUVIO website, mobile application, or related services, you ("User", "Customer", "Community Member", "Vendor") agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
CLUVIO is a community-buying platform that enables users to discover and participate in group deals offered by independent third-party vendors. CLUVIO facilitates discovery, coordination, communication, and deal management, but is not the seller of goods.
Products listed on the Platform are sold and fulfilled directly by vendors. Digilake Private Limited operates CLUVIO solely as a technology platform.

When you join a community deal, pricing may depend on minimum participation thresholds. Deals may be modified, extended, or cancelled based on vendor availability or participation levels.
You are responsible for providing accurate personal and delivery information. CLUVIO may cancel participation in cases of fraud, invalid details, or vendor rejection.
Payments for products are made directly to vendors using payment methods they support. CLUVIO does not collect or process product payments unless explicitly stated.
CLUVIO may charge a Platform Facilitation Fee (PFF)where applicable. Any such fee will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.
Prices displayed on CLUVIO are provided by vendors and may change based on participation levels or vendor updates.
CLUVIO is not responsible for pricing errors, misprints, or changes made by vendors.
Delivery and installation are handled directly by vendors. CLUVIO and Digilake Private Limited are not responsible for delays, defects, incorrect products, or installation quality.
Cancellation and refund policies are governed by vendor terms. CLUVIO does not issue refunds for product payments.
PFF covers platform coordination and support services and is non-refundable unless a deal is cancelled before confirmation.
All content, branding, logos, UI, and design elements belong to CLUVIO or Digilake Private Limited and may not be used without permission.
Personal data is handled in accordance with the CLUVIO Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data.
CLUVIO is not liable for vendor actions, product defects, delivery issues, or disputes. Liability shall not exceed any Platform Facilitation Fee paid.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLUVIO and Digilake Private Limited from claims arising due to misuse or violations of these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of CLUVIO constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
